Moth (Chironomus plumosus) - a mosquito larva known to all fishermen. It is an excellent nutritional food for aquarium fish. Before feeding the fish "moth," it is thoroughly washed for several days until the larva's intestines are completely released. You can feed fish both live moth and frozen (you should freeze the moth after completely cleansing its intestines). A live moth is stored in a small container with a low (1-2 cm) water level or in wet tissue at a temperature of 5-10 degrees.
